For the past three decades, DeAnn has dedicated herself to mastering every aspect of the real estate industry. From constructing homes to sales, investing, and finance, DeAnn has a wealth of knowledge and experience. As a realtor, DeAnn’s true passion lies in helping clients find their dream home or perfect investment property that meets their unique needs.

DeAnn’s journey in the real estate world began in the early 90s, where she started from the ground up in new home construction. Along the way, she served as a project manager for the esteemed nationwide real estate auction company, Kennedy Wilson, and gained valuable experience in the lending industry with California Mortgage. DeAnn then ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing her own construction and real estate business, which proudly employed a dedicated team of over a dozen individuals.

Recognizing the complexity and personal nature of real estate transactions, DeAnn joined one of Anchorage’s largest and most reputable brokerage firms. Among a team of over 50 sales representatives, DeAnn consistently ranks within the top 10 for sales, a testament to my commitment and success in serving her clients.

In 2024, DeAnn will celebrate her 10th year of residing in Talkeetna, a place that continues to enchant her with its natural beauty and strong sense of community. In her personal life, she actively contributes to the community by serving on the board of directors at our local KTNA radio station and volunteering as a news reader.
